This talk is concerned with the existence of ground state solutions to a critical p-Kirchhoff problem with a logarithmic perturbation. It is well known that the energy functionals associated with critical p-Kirchhoff equations lack compactness, and the situation becomes more complicated when the nonlinearity is logarithmic type since it satisfies neither the monotonicity condition nor the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition. A mountain pass solution to the equation is obtained by taking full advantage of the Mountain Pass Lemma, Lions' second concentration compactness principle, and a delicate estimate of the logarithmic term, this solution is also the ground state solution to the equation.
